UPDATE (January 20) :  All players who played with Hampton JSC in 2009 and will be playing in an Under 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16 team in 2010 DO NEED to provide one passport size photo with name and date of birth written CLEARLY on the back.

Dear HJSC Parents, Guardians & Members

Please find below details of registration for the 2010 season.

Existing Members – Once again we are offering existing members the opportunity to re-register before we open up registration to the public. The aim is to ensure that existing members get the first opportunity to play with their existing team members for 2010. Players can also request to play for another team; however, this may not be possible.

Registration for existing members is now open and closes on Monday February 8, 2010. Please complete the registration form and forward it with your payment to PO Box 1154, Hampton North. Vic.  3188, as soon as possible, so we can confirm your child's position. Due to the usual large number of applicants we are unable to hold positions after this date. It is therefore very important that we receive the completed form and payment by February 8th.  Please ensure you provide an email address as all club correspondence is via email and please add info@hamptonsoccer.com.au to your safe senders list.

REMEMBER – REGISTER BY FEBRUARY 8th, INCLUDING ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION, DOCUMENTS AND PAYMENT OR THE APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE AND YOUR CHILD’S POSITION WILL NOT BE HELD.  PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.

To assist with team numbers for 2010 could you please confirm via email if your child is not returning to the club for the 2010 season.

New Members - Public registration opens on Saturday February 13, 2010. Our registration day will be held at our home ground, Simpson Reserve, Fewster Road, Hampton (Melway Ref 77 A6) on Saturday February 13th, 2010 between 10.00am and 1.00pm. Where there are more players than teams available, a waiting list will be created and you will be informed via email of the outcome. The club will endeavour to place players in teams as quickly as possible but can not guarantee a place. Please note that applications are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.  A full refund will be provided for those who can not be placed in a team.

ALL NEW PLAYERS TO HAMPTON JSC FOR 2010 SEASON MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
• Two passport size photos with name and date of birth on the back.
   Maximum photo size is 4cm high x 2.5cm  wide.
• A copy of proof of age (eg birth certificate or passport)
• Payment of the registration fee and completed registration form.

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS ON THE REGISTRATION FORM.

If you are transferring from another club you will also need to complete an FFV Amateur Registration Form. Please contact info@hamptonsoccer.com.au for a copy of this form.

Due to the FFV regulations if we do not receive photos and proof of age we will be unable to register the player, therefore they will be unable to participate in any training or play in games. Please ensure all relevant information and documents are included with your registration form. 

In previous years we have had to chase parents for photos or other information required in order to register the players. This has gone on from January until the start of the season. We will no longer do this. You will receive one email informing you of any outstanding requirements. It will then be up to you to provide the items if you want your child registered.
