2015 Registration


Dear members, 


Registration for existing players is now open and we will hold a place for you until Monday February 9. Returning players must register by this date if you want to be placed in the same team as 2014. After this, we will accept registrations for new players and your place cannot be guaranteed. If you previously were in our Goalkick or Mini Matildas programs, you are considered an existing player so please register now.


New players can also register now and will be accepted on a first come first served basis into available spots in our teams from Monday February 9.


Fees for 2015:

Under 7 - $200 (15 week season)

Under 8 to Under 9 - $250

Under 8-10 Girls - $200 (15 week season)

Under 10 to Under 11 - $290 (mixed)

Under 12 to Under 18 - $395


Family discount - $30 for the 2nd and subsequent children (when registering a second child select the 2nd child discount option under the age group you are registering that child in).


The Mixed Under 7 (Saturday) and Girls Under 8-10 (Sunday) leagues will not run across the full 18 weeks of the season. The Girls leagues have been split between Under 8-9 and Under 10. 


We are continuing to offer discounted fees for our most dedicated volunteers – our coaches and committee. The discount will depend on the role that you undertake: 

Team coach or committee member - rebate of full fees (less FFV registration cost- $60 for U11 and below; $90 for U12 and above). 

Team manager or other volunteer role – fundraising levy returned (rebate on 2016 fees). 


The rebate will apply to your first child. 


Skills, Goalkick and Mini-Matildas 

We are delighted to confirm that Football Star Academy will continue to provide coaching for our Football Skills program. More details will be available prior to the start of the season. 


HJSC will continue to run Goalkick (10 week program for boys and girls aged 4-6 year olds) and Mini-Matildas (six week program for girls aged 7-12). Registration for Goalkick and Mini-Matildas will open in March. 


Registration

Please register online with MyFootballClub. If you have previously played with Hampton and you are unsure of which email address has been used for your registration, contact info@hamptonsoccer.com.au as we have a record of this.

Your registration will be finalised once the following is completed: 

For existing players: one passport size photo (less than 3 months old) uploaded in MyFootballClub and fees paid.

For new players: one passport size photo (less than 3 months old) uploaded in MyFootballClub, fees paid and we receive a copy of your identification, e.g. passport or birth certificate.  


If you are a coach, committee member or other volunteer, please select 'Manual Payment at Club' when at the payment section and send an email to info@hamptonsoccer.com.auThis will allow us to arrange your volunteer discount. 


Information day

For new players that have already registered, or are thinking of registering, come down to our Information Day on Sunday February 15th to ask all your questions. The Info Day runs from 10am to 1pm at Simpson Reserve, Fewster Rd, Hampton. Come down and ask all your questions, drop off your identification, have your ID photo taken or buy playing socks, shorts or a HJSC hoody.   


Alternatively, identifications can be emailed to info@hamptonsoccer.com.au or posted to Hampton JSC, PO Box 1154, Hampton North 3188 (please remember to write the player’s name and date of birth on the back). 


What happens next? 

After you have registered, the committee will put together the teams, taking into account as many preferences as we can. We will email you to confirm which team you have been entered in towards the end of February. 


Trials will be running for the Under 11, 12 and 13 Boys/mixed teams and will be on Sunday morning of 8 and 15 February. There may also be a third trial session on Sunday 22 February, depending on numbers and the outcome of the first two sessions.  Players in the relevant age groups will be emailed the specific details. 


The trials are entirely optional and players may choose not to trial if they would prefer to stay in a team with friends who have also elected not to trial.
