Hampton Junior Soccer Club Season 2012
Welcome back everyone, hope you all had a great break over the holidays and ready to head into an exciting 2012 season of Soccer.
HJSC Night at the races
Get out your finest racing attire for the first Hampton Night at the Races on Saturday 2nd June at Hampton Bowls Club, Fewster Road.
As this is the club’s annual social fundraiser your support is very much appreciated and it is a great chance to mix with other members of the club and parents from your children's team.
The evening’s entertainment will include:
• Door prizes for the best on ground
• Fun Betting on real races that will make you feel you are on the rails at Flemington
• Once in a lifetime chance to own your own horse
• Raffle prizes
• Buffet food
• Drinks at very reasonable prices
• And a chance to dance the night away
All this for just $50 per person (adults only). Tickets will be available via your team manager.

Football Skills Training - new for 2012
In line with our commitment to provide first class training opportunities for our members, HJSC is pleased to announce its "Football Skills Training" program.
This high quality, technical soccer program, to be run throughout Terms 2 and 3, has been developed by Jeff Young, HJSC Coaching Director with extensive coaching experience in both the USA and Australia, and Marco Palacio, a professional soccer coach having been involved with both the South Melbourne Women's Football Club and the Victorian Championship League. The program will be delivered by Marco Palacio and Ivan Leon, HJSC U16 coach.
As the name implies, the focus will be on developing technical skills, and is designed to complement team training. Football Skills Training is open to all players at U10 and up.
Dates: Term 2 - 16 April - 18 June (no session 11 June); Term 3 - 16 July - 20 August.
Time: Monday U10/11: 6.00-7.00pm; U11/12 6.30-7.30pm; U12-U14: 7.00-8.00pm; U15-U18 7.30-8.30pm Location: Simpson Reserve, Fewster Road.
Cost: $120.
